Steam ID — Your public Steam identifier, used to fetch your game library.
Game Library — The list of games you own, including names, playtime, and last played dates.
Game Metadata — Genres, tags, review scores, and images fetched from Steam and IGDB for recommendation accuracy.
Last active date — A coarse timestamp, updated at most once per day, used only to understand whether people return to the app.
Latest meaningful action — The most recent recommendation view, library sync, completed game, or hidden game, with its timestamp. We keep only this latest summary, not a history of clicks or browsing.
When you choose “I’ll try this”, we save the game and selection date with your account. On a later visit, you can tell us whether you played and enjoyed it, didn’t enjoy it, didn’t try it, or prefer to skip the question. We save your answer and its date.
You can also share what stopped you finding a game, with an optional note. We keep your latest response. The maintainer uses this feedback to understand whether W2PN helps and what to improve. It is not shown to other users and is deleted when you delete your account.
We store the requests and replies you submit, their status, and whether you have read staff replies. Only you and authorized support staff can access your tickets. Support happens in the app; no email address is required. Please avoid including sensitive personal information. Your tickets and their conversations are deleted when you delete your account.
Passwords — Authentication is handled entirely by Steam. We never see your password.
Email address — Steam OpenID does not share your email with us.
Payment info — We have zero access to billing, purchase history, or wallet balance.
Friends list — We don't read your social connections or chat messages.
Your data is stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database with encryption at rest. Row Level Security (RLS) ensures that your library data is only accessible to you — no other user can query your games.
We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third parties. Game metadata (genres, tags, scores) is cached globally and is not user-specific.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.
Account deletion removes your user record, your entire game library association, activity summary, support tickets and their conversations, saved picks and product feedback. This action is irreversible.
